At first, when I became a member of DeviantArt, I was planning to update my journal occasionally, but.. it didn't really work out. I didn't have the time, or I just didn't feel like writing one, but now that it is vacation, I have plenty of time - sort of..

Only 12 days left and then.. I'll be off to Canada! I am, together with my family, going to make a trip through Canada, with a camper! We start in Halifax, the capital city of the province Nova Scotia, and after 3,5 weeks - if everything goes well - we end in the biggest city of Canada: Toronto! I'm so excited about going there, seeing that I've never been outside Europe before. I believe that the furthest I've been is northern Italy or something, where I just spend a day or two..
The exact route which we are going to follow is not really planned yet, but we are going to the Niagara Falls - how could we not go there? And we are going to London, Ontario, because my parents have lived there 20 years ago for 3 years, and my brother was also born there so they want to go back and see who's still there, and what has changed etc. And we're also going to the spot where there is the biggest difference between the two tides, but I forgot what the name of the spot was..

But the greatest thing of all is that my cousin Gwen ( [link] ) is also going together with her family! We will only meet her for a few days when we're both at the Niagara Falls, because they're leaving a week later and they're not starting their trip in Halifax, but it's still greaaat!


I'll try to keep you posted, and I'll try to upload some pictures while I'm there, but I'm not sure whether or not I'll have a internet connection there, or how often, but I'll try to keep some sort of travel diary here!
